Reschedule

The Reschedule skill lets you update a scheduled Insights Board refresh or workflow replay.

Format

Reschedule uses the following utterances:

  • Reschedule the insights board refresh for <board> on <days> at <time> <time zone> to <new days> at <new time> <new timezone>
  • Reschedule the workflow replay for <your workflkow> on <days> at <time> <time zone> to <new days> at <new time> <new time zone>

Parameters

Reschedule uses the following parameters:

  • board (required). The Insights Board associated with the refresh being rescheduled.
  • workflow (required). The workflow associated with the replay being rescheduled.
  • days (required). The days on which the refresh or replay is currently scheduled to run.
  • time (required). The time at which the refresh or replay is currently scheduled to run.
  • time zone (required). The time zone in which the refresh or replay is currently scheduled to run.
  • new days (required). The days on which the refresh or replay should now run on.
  • new time (required). The time at which the refresh or replay should now run.
  • new time zone (required). The time zone in which the refresh or replay should now run.

Output

If the refresh or replay is successfully rescheduled, a success message is shown in the chat history. Otherwise, an error message is shown.

Example

To reschedule the refresh for the Quarterly Sales Insights Board to run on Wednesdays at 1PM CST instead of Mondays at 7AM CST, enter Reschedule the insights board refresh for Quarterly Sales on Mondays at 0700 CST to Wednesdays at 1300 CST.
