DataChat offers several ways to get help.
Help skill displays workflow replays that explore typical use cases of DataChat skills. To access all of DataChat's help content for the skills available at your selected skill level, enter in the chat box:
Help. A popup displays a list of available commands.
If you need targeted help for a specific skill, enter in the chat box:
Help me <skill name>. For example, for typical use cases for
Plot, enter in the chat box:
Help me Plot.
The Help button provides another way to find skill-specific help replays.
From the sidebar menu, click the Help button.
Select a skill in the Help form and click Submit.
A popup displays a list of example use cases. Click blue links to replay demonstration workflows in your current session.
You can also use free-text search terms to find the skills you need. For example, if you're trying to break your data into chunks, enter in the chat box:
Help me chunk data. A popup displays a list of help replays such as the Bin skill. Click blue links to replay demonstration workflows in your current session.
You also have the option to schedule a meeting to speak with our support team about your data and analytics questions.
To schedule a support meeting, click the Help button at the top right of the screen, then select Support Office Hours.
To schedule a meeting:
- Select a date and time to meet with a support team member.
- Click Confirm to confirm the date and time of your meeting.
- Enter your name.
- Enter your email address.
- Optionally, add additional guests' information.
- Optionally, include details to help us prepare for the meeting.
- Click Schedule Event to schedule your meeting.
