Get Help

DataChat offers several ways to get help.

Help Menu

The Help button is located at the top right of DataChat. Clicking it opens the Help Menu.

Docs

Our documentation provides in-depth guides and instructions on working with your data in DataChat. We also recommend:

• Skills Reference. This section provides in-depth information on skill formats, parameters, outputs, and examples.
• How-tos. This section provides step-by-step walkthroughs of typical user scenarios.

Open DataChat's Documentation

To open our Docs in a new tab:

1. Click the Help button.

2. Select Docs, then click Open Docs.

   

Search the Docs Inside DataChat

You can search our documentation from within DataChat:

1. Click the Help button at the top right of the screen.

2. Select Docs, then click Search Docs.

   

3. Enter your search terms and click on a result to open that page in a new tab.

   

Community

The community page is a hub for general information topics and questions. To open our community page:

1. Click the Help button at the top right of the screen.

2. Select Community.

   

Contact Us

If you have general questions or requests, you can contact us using our Contact Us form. To open the Contact Us form:

1. Click the Help button at the top right of the screen.

2. Select Contact Us.

   

3. Fill out the form with your email, subject, message type, and message.

4. Click Send.

   

DataChat Support

You also have the option to schedule a meeting to speak with our support team about your data and analytics questions.

To schedule a support meeting, click the Help button at the top right of the screen, then select Support Office Hours.

To schedule a meeting:

1. Select a date and time to meet with a support team member.

2. Click Confirm to confirm the date and time of your meeting.

   

3. Enter your name.

4. Enter your email address.

5. Optionally, add additional guests' information.

6. Optionally, include details to help us prepare for the meeting.

7. Click Schedule Event to schedule your meeting.
