Manage Your Account

Easily manage your account from the Profile Menu.

Settings​

Click Settings to open the Settings menu.

Sessions​

In the Sessions section, you can configure settings that only apply to DataGrid. Refer to DataGrid's session settings for more information.

LLM Credentials​

In the LLM Credentials section, you can create and manage credentials used in Ava.

Create New Credentials​

To create new credentials, click New, then:

  1. Select OpenAI
  2. Fill out the Connection name, API Key, and Organization fields.
  3. Click Submit.

Set Active Credentials​

You can set your active credential by simply clicking the credential you'd like to use and selecting Yes:

Delete Credentials​

You can delete credentials by clicking the trash icon next to the credential you'd like to delete:

Billing​

Click Billing to view billing information including subscription tiers, invoices, and usage limits.

Subscription​

Under the Subscription tab, you can view your subscription's status and renewal date. The next payment amount, due date, and payment method is listed on the right. You can also click Change Subscription to change your current plan, or Cancel to cancel your current plan.

Invoices​

Under the Invoices tab, you can view your subscription in more detail, including the tier, start and end date, payment method and totals, and invoice.

Usage & Limits​

Under the Usage & Limits tab, you can view your total session counts, session cells created, and monthly Ask requests.

Change Password​

Click Change Password to reset your current password. If you've forgotten your password, log out and click forgot password.

Log Out​

To log out of your account, click Log Out.

Set Profile Avatar​

By default, your profile avatar is the first letter of your name. To change your avatar, navigate to the DataChat homepage, then in the top right corner of the header:

  1. Click your avatar icon.
  2. Click the camera button.
  3. Select a new profile image from your local files.

Change Username​

To change your username, navigate to the DataChat homepage, then click your name under your avatar and enter a new name.
